  A somewhat primitive, intimate setting for stage productions. Nice setup for adding food, beverage and swag sales revenue. This is an old building, pretty much unimproved but quaint, in which the accouterments (like drapes, etc) are a bit threadbare and need work.
  But it all works together pretty sweetly.
  There's no running water or sewer/ceptic, so there's only a portable toilet.
  Still, a very sweet little community resource that is appropriate for this rural setting.
  Good parking!
